Skilled Nursing
The highly qualified staff of Friendship Villa has a tradition of
providing quality care to residents who need a high level of personal
assistance, nursing care, and restorative care. Our services are goal
oriented to restore each resident to their highest level of
independence and comfort. Both Medicaid and Medicare certified,
Friendship Villa provides these services in an atmosphere of dignity
and respect.

Outpatient Therapy
We are eager for everyone to regain as much independence as possible.
To assure that the residents are assessed and receive the necessary
rehabilitative services, Friendship Villa contracts with Enduracare
Therapy Management, Inc. to provide physical, occupational and speech
therapies.

Activity
Programs
 There is always something to do at Friendship Villa! Group and
individual activity programs include crafts, movies, men's and women's
groups, live musical entertainment, summer barbecues, community trips
and tour, shopping, picnics, fishing and much more. |

Person-Centered Care
Person-centered care is an idea that replaces the institutional stigma
of a medical setting with a human habitat – alive with plants, pets
and regular contact with children. By incorporating person-centered
care in everyday activities, our home creates a vital environment that
encourages residents to enjoy life to the fullest.

Visitors
 Friendship Villa encourages guests to join their loved ones for visits
and meals. We do not have set visiting hours, as we recognize that
this is our residents' home and may have visitors at any time. Even
clean, vaccinated dogs and cats are welcome! Private areas are
available, including our family dining room which can be reserved for
special occasions. Guests are also welcome at daily meals in our
common dining room; we simply request 24 hours' notice for our
kitchen.
